Each order is sent in elegant and protected packaging, designed both to guarantee product safety and to offer a unique unboxing experience.
At Hölibia, we use 100% plastic-free packaging, made with sustainable and carefully selected materials.
The jewelry is presented in:
- An individual cotton pouch for each piece of jewelry you have ordered.
- A carefully selected jewelry box or case for each item purchased. Important: When purchasing individual pieces (mini earrings, piercings, ear climbers, etc.), they will be sent together in a single jewelry box or case, individually separated in our cotton pouches.
- Additional protection to prevent knocks or damage during transport.
- Tissue paper and various cards.
- Additionally, before payment, you can purchase as many jewelry boxes or cases as you need.
- You can also choose our gift-ready presentation, ideal for yourself or to surprise someone special. It includes a gift bag, a personalized greeting card where we will handwrite the message you want.
This presentation has an extra charge; you can request it before checking out.
In addition, all orders are sent in discreet packaging, with no visible references to the contents, to ensure privacy.

All orders placed before 4:00 PM (working days) will be prepared and shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next working day.
During periods of high demand (sales, promotions, or special campaigns), these deadlines may be slightly extended.

Once we prepare your order, you will receive a tracking number so you can track it yourself. If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your spam folder, sometimes it can end up there.
If it is not in spam, send us an email to info@holibia.com or write us a WhatsApp message to the number 34.654.892.120 telling us your name, order number and reason for the inquiry, and we will resolve it as soon as possible so you can have all the information about your order.
Modifications can be made to the shipping address as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Any change of address after shipment will incur an additional cost, which you should consult with us.

The prices of all our products include VAT. When you add them to the shopping cart, only the shipping cost will be added.
Of course! In all items where you have the option to choose between "Pair" or "Single."
Conversely, if there is no option or it is not indicated in the description, it means that a pair is included. You will find the "Single" option on many mini earrings, ear cuffs, ear wraps, and piercings.
Yes, we offer an exclusive gift presentation, ideal both for yourself and for surprising someone special. It includes a carefully selected gift bag and a personalized greeting card, where we will handwrite your desired message.
This service has an additional cost and can be easily added to your cart before checkout.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return any item, except for personalized items and, for hygiene reasons, earrings, ear cuffs, and piercings.
To make an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
· The products to be returned must be within the period for exchanges and returns.
· The products to be returned must be in perfect condition and must not have been used.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, with all its elements (labels, cases, boxes, pouches, cards, accessories, etc.). In case of not receiving all our complete original packaging, HÖLIBIA will deduct €2 from the amount to be refunded to the customer.
All shipping costs associated with a withdrawal or return will be borne by the buyer, except in cases where the item initially sent is defective or incorrect.
If a product arrives defective, you can send us a WhatsApp to 34-654.892.120 or an email to info@holibia.com with your name, order number, item reference, and attach photos so we can see the product, assess it internally, and give you an answer as soon as possible.
You have two refund options:
1- ⭐ Recommended option: Hölibia store credit
In order to offer a faster and more beneficial solution, Hölibia makes available to the customer, as a priority and voluntarily, the option of receiving a store credit for the amount corresponding to the return.
By choosing this option, the customer will benefit from exclusive conditions:
- ✅ Priority processing, significantly reducing management times compared to standard refunds.
- 🚚 Free shipping on the new order placed with the store credit.
- 🎯 Faster processing for a new purchase without waiting for bank processing times.
If this option is expressly accepted:
- A store credit for the total amount of the returned product will be issued.
- The store credit will be valid for 12 months from its issue date.
- The store credit will not be redeemable for cash.
2- 💳 Standard option: Refund
If you prefer, we can also process the refund using the same payment method used for your purchase. Please note that this process may take a few extra days depending on the banking institution.
CARE AND MATERIALS
In the description of each product you will find the material from which each piece of jewelry is made. You can also choose the plating you want from the product page.
At Hölibia, we mainly work with noble materials: 925 Sterling Silver, high-quality 316 or 304 Stainless Steel, and Brass. All our designs are available with 18K Gold plating and rhodium plating.
Our pieces are designed to offer a balance between aesthetics and accessibility, allowing you to enjoy a special jewel in your daily life.
All our jewelry comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear from use, misuse of the jewel, or deterioration caused by the passage of time, contact with perfumes, water, or other external agents.
To preserve its original shine and finish, we recommend delicate use and care, avoiding prolonged exposure to factors that may alter the piece.
Pieces made of sterling silver and 925 silver with gold plating.
Our 18k gold-plated silver pieces are more delicate, and although they are made with high-quality materials, they may lose their color over time. To preserve the color of your jewelry for longer, we give you the following tips:
- Avoid contact with water (pool, beach, shower)
- Avoid direct contact of your jewelry with colognes, perfumes, creams, and similar products
- Avoid wearing your jewelry during activities that cause sweating
- To prevent your jewelry from scratching or getting dirty, it is advisable to store them in their original case or separately in the jewelry box. Use cotton or fabric pouches.
NOTE: The speed at which the plating wears off may vary depending on individual factors such as skin pH or the level of perspiration of each person.
Pieces made of Steel
Our steel pieces are made of 304 or 316 steel.
Although our jewelry is made with high-quality materials, if not cared for properly, it can deteriorate over time, especially its color. Therefore, we give you the following recommendations:
- Avoid contact with seawater
- Avoid direct contact of your jewelry with colognes, perfumes, creams, and similar products
- To prevent your jewelry from scratching or getting dirty, it is advisable to store them in their original case or separately in the jewelry box. Use cotton or fabric pouches.
WEB
To be informed when the product is back in stock on our website, you will find a button on the product page that says "Notify me when available". There you can sign up with your email address to be notified when we have the product back in stock.
Once you have selected all the products you want to buy and click on checkout, on the right side of the cart you will see a box to fill in (gift card or discount code/coupon), and once entered you have to click on "apply" for it to be used.
