1. Order preparation and shipping

All orders placed before 4:00 PM (business days) will be prepared and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.

During periods of high demand (sales, promotions, or special campaigns), these times may be slightly extended.

2. How orders are shipped

At Hölibia, we take care of every detail so you receive your jewelry in a special way.

Each order is shipped in elegant and protective packaging, designed both to ensure the product's safety and to offer a unique unboxing experience.

At Hölibia, we use packaging that is 100% plastic-free, made with sustainable and carefully selected materials.

The jewelry is presented in:

An individual cotton pouch for each piece of jewelry you ordered.
A carefully selected jewelry box or case for each item purchased. Important: When purchasing individual pieces (mini earrings, piercings, cartilage earrings, etc.), they will be shipped together in a single jewelry box or case, individually separated in our cotton pouches.
Additional protection to prevent bumps or damage during transport.
Tissue paper and various cards.
Additionally, before payment, you can purchase as many jewelry boxes or cases as you need.
You can also choose our gift-ready presentation, ideal both for yourself and to surprise someone special. It includes a gift bag and a personalized greeting card where we will handwrite the message you wish. This presentation has an extra charge, which you can request before closing your cart.

In addition, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging, with no visible references to the contents, to ensure privacy.

4. Order tracking

5. Delivery incidents

If the order cannot be delivered for reasons beyond Hölibia's control (incorrect address, repeated absence, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the costs of a new shipment.

In the event of delays attributable to the shipping company or external causes (weather, customs procedures, etc.), Hölibia is not responsible, although it will provide support to resolve any incident.

During periods of high demand (sales, Christmas, Black Friday, promotions, or special campaigns), these delivery times may be extended due to the high workload of shipping companies.
